Returns in-store or online
Sale items are FINAL SALE.*
Non-sale items can be exchanged, returned for store credit or the original method of payment.* Returns must be made no later than 14 days from when purchased.
*We will not accept returns or exchange items that appear to have been worn, are missing tags, or smell like smoke. We cannot resell those items due to safety concerns.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Seasonal items for exchange only
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed.
