We do our best to get orders out same day during the week, but if they do not make it out same day they will go out the next business day. Orders placed Friday after the local shipping deadline will go out on Monday.

Make sure to read the product description! We will tell you if the item seems to be running small, true-to-size, or large. We'll even tell you details like if the sleeves run long or if the waistband is narrow.

We're also happy to take measurements if you need to be sure before you buy!

We choose our clothing with comfort in mind, including seams, lining, and stretchiness for movement. If we are noticing that a seam or detail is irritating to one of our more sensitive models, we will note that in the product description.

It is pretty rare that we would carry a Dry Clean Only item, but if we have something like that, it will clearly state it in the product description!

You will find that many of our items recommend air drying because of the high cotton content. (If you're like me, you'll size up and risk drying it on low. 😅)

We offer free returns and exchanges through REDO. If something doesn't work for you, we just ask that you return it as quickly as possible (we don't stock deep, so chances are you have the only one in that size) and please make sure it is in new condition (hasn't been worn, washed, or left to be trampled by pets and kids). 😱
